Mandu (만두)-making Holiday Party!

KSP had our annual holiday party on Dec. 15, celebrating with a Mandu (or Korean dumpling)-making party! The lovely Ms. Yoon, KYCC Senior Accountant and friend of KSP, taught us how to make our own mandu from start to finish. We were joined by KSP participants, past narrators, and friends and had the best time filling, molding, and cooking our own dumplings, as well as enjoying our finished products together. After filling our stomachs with our tasty mandu creations, we ended the night with a fun game of white elephant!
