96-STORY: Documenting the Impact of ICE Raids in Los Angeles
Since the June 2025 ICE raids in Los Angeles, approximately 68,000 people have been detained. Many community members in Koreatown, Westlake, and Pico-Union have been disproportionately impacted.
KSP is gathering first-person narratives to document this important moment in history from the people who have been directly affected. We understand there is a lot of fear and uncertainty. Many families have loved ones whose whereabouts are unknown. Many are also considering self-deporting.
We are asking people in Los Angeles to share about their personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings during this time. We are interested in all ages. We will keep responses confidential, but we believe that it is important to gather these stories in order to document this important part of American history.
